confident so that the challenge if attainable and you are in the
right state of mind. In this way other workers will feel some sort
of relaxation in your company and they will be comfortable in
approaching you. This way you can change negatives into positives.
Love What You Do:
This
one is critical to overall business success. Your loyalty and love
for what you do will go a long way in getting through the first few
years of your new job. Be fair and loyal to your employer even if it
is not fulfilling your expectations because this is the job that will
lead you toward the right job that might be more to your liking. Try
to fall in love with your job irrespective of its timing, salary, promotion and status.
